Can you install World of Warcraft WoTLK with the online installer without the game and BC installed?

I don't have the original game nor Burning Crusade installed but I want to play again. Will I have to download WoW AND BC first to do this? Or can I just download WOTLK from the online installer?

1. you would have to download WOW and BC first before installing WOTLK because WOTLK is a patch, not a game itself
