How come on warcraft 3 when u pick a normal game map to play it doesn't do that map? Its Annoying

1. you might get that map but if you play in 2v2 if you partner picks the same as you, you will get it2. Could be a couple different things so i will cover all angles here:
1) Your not playing a the most current version of the game and its a glitch that was resolved with a patch that Blizzard released. Try logging onto battle.net in game if you haven't ever done this before it will automatically start to download the newest patch available and install it for you.
2) Not sure what you mean by pick a normal game map, are you trying to do a Skirmish? Multiplayer map? If you are trying to do a multiplayer map on battlenet then it picks one at random for you. When you put a checkmark next to one of the maps on the multiplayer map selection screen you are opting to not want to get that map.
Without more info this is the best answer i can come up with.
