What is the difference between Pvp and Bounty Worlds?

I was wondering what the difference between the Pvp worlds and Bounty worlds is in runescape? And if u can can you explain the 76k thing in hotzone, how does it work?

2. pvp is you can fight just about anywhere and bounty worlds is nly in wilderness and you get assigned a target to kill, you can kill other people but killing target has greater award
