What is a good active Horde PVP Realm with equal amounts of Horde and Alliance in World of Warcraft?

I want to find a good Horde PVP Realm where everyone is active and friendly and social with lots of PVP going on and good PVP guilds with the same, or near, amount of Alliance characters who are active and will also PVP. Any suggestions?
