1. How does World of Warcraft have cheats?=) Or did you mean can you use cheats in it? In that case no you cannot unless you hack someones account or something to start with an 80. But don't do that you'll most likely get caught.2. There really are not any cheats per say... there are Tricks to make leveling easier and getting gold faster. There are Guides online that you can search for and buy, and if you search in the Right spots you can get them for free.
Best thing to do is (if you have an 80) buy Heritage gear. and give them to an alt. When leveling Use Mods that will Help the possess (QuestHelper or Carbonite) and pic 2 Gathering professions (Mod: Gatherer). The best are Mining and Skinning. All the low level Minerals are Worth a fortune since no one wants to take the time and gather it them self's.
