What is the 10 digit authentication code for World of Warcraft?
My friend's World of Warcraft account recently got hacked and he emailed Blizzard about it. They told him they need his 10 digit authentication code and he doesn't know what that is, and neither do I. Can someone please tell me what that is and how I can find it?

1. The only code I think up is the codes(CD KEY) you use to open the wow account. Give these codes to blizzard. If your friend open the wow account with his/her real name, just sent his/her pic ID. Someone hack my friend wow account and he lose his wow cd key code but he sent in his pic id and get his account back.
